COMPASSIONATE MENTAL HEALTH CARE
You’ve Been Carrying a Lot.
You Don’t Have to Do It Alone.

WHAT YOU’LL FIND HERE
This Is a Place to Breathe, Reflect, and Feel Like Yourself Again.
Maybe you're navigating memory concerns, caregiving responsibilities, or simply feeling more anxious, more tired, or less like yourself lately. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about making space to feel steady, seen, and supported.
Whether you’re here for yourself or a loved one, you’ve taken an important step. That matters.
WHAT I SPECIALIZE IN

Therapy for Veterans & Military Families
Support tailored to retired and active Veterans, including help with long-term stress, trauma, life transitions, and reintegration after service.
Life Transitions
Professional guidance through major life changes common in later adulthood, like retirement, health challenges, moving to new living situations, or redefining your role and identity in this new phase.
Healthy Habits & Sleep
Our habits around food, movement, and rest can deeply affect how we feel—physically and emotionally. Older adults may struggle with emotional eating, disrupted sleep, low energy, or shifting health goals as their bodies and routines change.
