What Therapy Looks Like.
We’ll start with a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. From there, therapy is guided by your pace, needs, and comfort. Many of my clients are new to therapy—you don’t need to have the right words.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if it's your first time. Here's what to expect:
All sessions are held online via a secure, easy-to-use telehealth platform.
Intake Session
$250 for 90 minutes
Ongoing Sessions
$200 for 50 minutes
Private pay only
I provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement; I do not accept Medicare

Do you accept insurance? I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill you may submit for reimbursement.
